Book your accommodation

Planning your trip to a conference involves more than just registering for the event; it also means securing comfortable accommodation and reliable transportation. Here are a few essential tips to streamline the process:

Accommodation:

  1. Proximity to the Venue: Opt for a hotel or rental that is conveniently located near the conference venue. This saves you time and effort in commuting. The conference takes place at Norbert-Wollheim-Platz 1, 60323 Frankfurt

  2. Budget: Determine your budget range and explore options that fit within it. We have hotels that offer special rates for MainMUN attendees, so be sure to inquire about discounts. Write our delegates service team via contact@mainmun.de

Book your transport

Transportation:

  1. Flight Booking: If you’re traveling by air, book your flights well in advance to secure the best rates. Be mindful of your arrival and departure times, especially if you would like to attend the pre-programme on Wednesday the 21st of February.
There are two airports around Frankfurt. If it's possible you should fly to Frankfurt Airport (FRA). Frankfurt (Hahn) is about two hours away.

  2. Local Transportation: Research local transportation options such as buses, trains, or rideshare services. If you travel with a group, we suggest buying a group ticket (for five persons), which is valid for the whole day. If you travel alone, we suggest buying a day ticket for the local transport systems.

  3. Travel Insurance: Consider getting travel insurance, especially if you’re booking non-refundable accommodations or flights. This can protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Remember, early planning and thorough research are key. By taking the time to book suitable accommodation and reliable transportation, you set the stage for a successful and stress-free conference experience. Safe travels!
